Role:
Lead HR function to meet day-to-day requirements cross HTS India ACS organization; initiate and implement talent and organization development programs to support HTS ACS overall business strategies and deliverables. Improve employee engagement and motivation through systematic internal communication programs; establish HTS positive image among key stakeholders (technology, education, government, media, etc)
Responsibilities:
Act as the HR partner of respective Business leaders and leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization
Develop robust relationships with HTS leadership team, HTS SBG Leaders, HTS HR teams and internal business stakeholders to influence, challenge and support business strategies and practices
Work closely with HTS India HR Leader to align the HTS HR and India One country HR strategies in the business,
Leverage Corporate HR CoE resources to ensure effective function support to the business and strong alignment with overall Honeywell HR strategies and policies
Review and develop the HR organization, process, system and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and maintain a robust HR governance framework
