Actually I did a thesis about Sir Isaac Newton when I was in college. My professor told us to do a thesis. I have no idea what was my topic. At that point, my sister has an assignment about Newton, so I got an idea what was my thesis topic.

E-mail is an easy, inexpensive and efficient way of handling certain types of business correspondence.

E-mail Address
When you choose an e-mail address for job searching you need to pick something that sounds professional. The e-mail address you choose will appear on your resume and all your correspondence with recruiters and potential employers.

Restrict the use of this e-mail address for work purposes only, do not pass it out to shopping sites or friends and family.

Carefully Edit E-mails
First things first, when you compose your e-mails make sure you use an attractive subject tag. The subject line should be relevant to the e-mail topic, but it should look important.

Small mistakes with spelling and grammar can make you look unprofessional. Additionally, when you compose e-mails don't write a book. Keep correspondence short, sweet and to the point. Lengthy e-mails are often skipped for the purpose of saving time.

Be Prompt
Make sure that you check your e-mail often so that you can respond to e-mails in a prompt manner. Time is of the essence when you get an e-mail regarding a job and you don't want to wait around and give another candidate the chance to get the job before you. You should make sure that all of your e-mails are answered with a 24 hour time frame.

Decide what you want. Look through job descriptions and find your ideal job. See if you meet the qualifications. If not, is there a class you can take or a certification you can earn that will qualify you?

Learn to use technology to your advantage. This doesn't mean post your resume online and hope for the best.

Be realistic. If the job market in your field is depressed you might need to take less than your ideal job to work your way into a good company.

et the help you need. If your resume is not working think about hiring a professional to write it for you. If you're not sure what kind of position you want, talk to a career coach.

Here are a few tips for how you can project that air of confidence:

1.) Don't talk too much -- or too fast

Confident people don't babble on and on. They also don't feel the need for speed.

2) Be enthusiastic yet slightly detached from the outcome

Remember this. You'd like to go there and you hope you'll get in. But if they don't take you, it's not the end of the world. Another program could actually turn out to be an even better fit for you.

3) Do something that lowers your stress

Try a cup of herb tea, take a dozen or two deep slow breaths, go for a walk in the park, or do something else that makes you relaxed. Just don't get too relaxed. Be sure to skip the Valium.

4) Tell them why they're a good fit for you

Focus on telling them why you are interested in their school and why you think you are a good fit for them and why they are a good fit for you. Base it on factual information, not on platitudes and clichees. So tell them you like certain classes they teach, or certain programs they offer. Be very interested in the work of some of their faculty members and tell them how much you're looking forward to studying with them.

5) Absolutely no begging

Don't even think of begging and getting emotional. That will put you into the reject pile faster than you can say "Pretty please."

Describe what is important to your about been confident
• Describe some common elements of been confident
• Describe someone in real life who shows confident traits
• Describe that person day to day actions
• Say what you currently do that is similar
• Define how your behaviors differ
• Identify what you have to do to copy there behaviors
• List the benefits of having confidence
By knowing your weaknesses you can begin to work out ways of improving them, by looking at a successful person and mimic them.
